On July 8th, the opening ceremony of the 2024 International Academic Summer Camp of the faculty of international studies was successfully held at the Student Activity Center. Thirty students and teachers currently studying at the Australian National University, the University of Dundee in the UK and other universities from multiple countries such as the UK, Italy, Indonesia and Australia, together with 27 volunteer students from our university, gathered here to start the two-week SWUFE Global Academy (SGA) summer camp activities. The school has already successfully held four sessions of the SGA International Academic Summer Camp (including online) activities. With the theme of "The Characteristic Economy and Culture of Sichuan and Chongqing", this year's summer camp will build a platform for the young students of SWUFE and international students to communicate, display and learn from each other through activities such as lectures, interactive seminars and cultural exhibitions, deepen international students' understanding of the culture, economy and society of Sichuan and Chongqing, and promote students to have a better understanding of Chinese culture and grasp the essence of modern China.
